Parrot Behaviour & Enrichment Consultations offers a variety of options for clients to access support, information and advice. We suggest that the following is used as a sequential guide to achieve effective outcomes...

  1. Stage 1: Access the PBEC Online Resources.

We have provided a range of downloadable articles, online article links, behaviour solution guides and Frequently Asked Questions that should serve as the `first step' in assisting clients and site visitors. To access our online `Resources' simply select from the menu above.

  1. Stage 2: Access a PBEC Phone Consultation.

For parrot owners that would like to access experienced advice and support on any aspect of parrot behaviour, enrichment, diet and care then we highly recommend engaging in a phone consultation. Click here for more information on our telephone consultation service.

  1. Stage 3: Access an E-mail Support Plan or Inhome Consultation.

For clients requiring on-going support we have established an online e-mail support plan designed to provide continual advice, feedback and strategy management over a 10 week period. Clients in South-east Queensland may also wish to engage in a tailored inhome consultation. For more information on these two services simply select from the `Consultations' menu at right.
