  • Bird Seminar - Sugarloaf Animal Hospital Newcastle
    Date: Sunday April 1st
    Location: Sugarloaf Animal Hospital - 65 Carrington St West Wallsend NSW
    Information: This is a special one-day event organised by Sugarloaf Animal Hospital and catering for all parrot owners of any experience level.   • Shaping Behaviour - Advanced Avian Behaviour & Training Skills Development
    Date: Sunday September 30th
    Location: Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Gold Coast QLD
    Information: Jim will be teaming up with colleague Nicholas Bishop to deliver a unique workshop day directed towards developing a focused skillset in the understanding of behaviour and the application of the science of learning in avian training contexts.   • Companion Parrot Workshop - Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary
    Date: Saturday December 15th
    Location: Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Gold Coast QLD
    Information: Now in its 8th year, the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Companion Parrot Workshop is Australia's most comprehensive and progressive education workshop for companion parrot owners, veterinary nurses, bird retail staff and parrot trainers. A brilliant day featuring multimedia presentations, breakout problem solving sessions, and behind the scenes tour of the Free Flight show - all immersed within the fantastic environment of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
